The National Kidney Foundation Singapore (NKF) is a non-profit health organisation in Singapore. Its mission is to render services to kidney patients, encourage and promote renal research, as well as to carry out public education programs on kidney diseases. On 6 October 2001, a new building for NKF’s headquarters was commissioned on Kim Keat Road.

Infineon Building consists of two 10-storey towers, which incorporates warehouse space, fully air-conditioned research and development facilities as well as corporate offices. It is strategically located on a plot of land fronting the Pan Island Expressway in the Kallang area.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), a world leader in industrial automation (IA) and technology solutions, has announced the completion of a new facility in Singapore. The 12-storey building, located in Bedok, plays a critical role in Yokogawa’s vision and will house a number of the company’s strategic international and regional operations.

CleanTech One is the pioneer building in Singapore’s first eco-business park. The six-storey two-towered building houses companies and research centres that provide world-class clean technology solutions.

CleanTech One’s unique design feature is the ‘Living Atrium’ right at its heart. Airy and semi-shaded, the atrium features lushly landscaped walkways, green walls, and a sky trellis to provide an open setting for public gathering and interaction.

Beauty Arsenal, a skincare salon located on Orchard Road, wanted a sophisticated yet inviting space designed to reflect the cosmopolitan woman of today. With the help of Collective Designs, a new interactive concept was introduced.  The owners envisioned a welcoming space for customers to chat with experienced Beauty Consultants, learn more about Beauty Arsenal’s offerings, and sample new products.  To showcase the interiors, our team was enlisted to supply light fixtures. The lighting scheme in the main areas are designed to flatter the complexion, highlight star products, and compliment the interior.  The elevated colour rendering index (CRI) and warm colour temperature of the light source were adopted to ensure Beauty Consultants are able to see the true nature of a customer’s skin in the private treatment rooms. In addition, the lighting scheme also creates an atmosphere of relaxation for the customer.
